Erika
Heimhilcher

Erika Heimhilcher is a self-employed midwife, psychosocial counselor, systemic coach, and diversity trainer. Over the past 16 years, she has gained experience abroad, in private obstetrics, and in various public hospitals. For over a decade, she has accompanied and supported women and families on their journey. Her focus is on empowering women during this transition and supporting them on their individual path to self-determined motherhood.

Jenny
Hellenschmidt

Grew up in Upper Bavaria, near Salzburg. Studied psychoanalytic pedagogy at the University of Vienna (tutor, study assistant at the Vienna Children’s Flu Study).
Various additional psychological/pedagogical training (child development, grief, separation, etc.) and work placements.
Social work with „high-risk children“ (deputy head of the Turnaround Team – resocialization of adolescents after a year on a ship).
Since 2013: Training in the (psycho)somatic field (embodiment):

• Yoga instructor
• Art therapist
• Life and social counselor
• Mother of 7-year-old twins
• Having my own practice in Vienna for over 10 years

My desire is to accompany people in challenging situations and teach them the language of the body. My goal is to better understand myself, and thus my own body and its reactions, and to become aware of how much influence each of us has on our own well-being. Don’t listen to the endless repetitions in your head – feel yourself! Live yourself!
